I'm really into this item

I've shopped with them in the past and they've always been solid to deal with. Their communication is top-notch, and they ensure that everything gets delivered to the correct address.

I'm really into my toaster - it looks even better in person. It does take a bit of time to toast, but that ain't no biggie. I'm just hoping the kettle and microwave drop soon to finish off my set!

Jo Long at the customer service center was fantastic. I ran into a minor issue with a Haden Salt & Pepper set. Awesome kettle, but I sent the first one back 'cause the base was super wobbly. However, they refunded me fast. Really good customer service!

I kinda jumped the gun and snagged a Haden Espresso machine during the Black Friday sale, and let me tell ya, I’m super happy with how it turned out. My order got confirmed, shipped, and arrived just in time for some tasty barista-style coffee the next weekend!

I purchased the toaster back in October and was super happy with it. Scored a fantastic deal during the Black Friday sale for the kettle and microwave. It's nice to have everything matching in my kitchen, and I really dig the color as well. The delivery was super fast. I would totally recommend Haden products!

Shopping online with them was a bit of a hassle. They didn’t let me know about errors until I had already filled everything out, which meant I had to re-enter my details multiple times. Delivery was just average. They said it would arrive on the 3rd of November, but it actually showed up on the 4th. The instructions for putting the product together were lacking. On the bright side, the product itself is solid and matches what was shown on the website. All in all, it’s alright, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I opted for express shipping since it was meant to be a last-minute present for someone. However, when I reached out to the office to check on my order, I found out that my package hadn’t been picked up on time; it ended up being collected two days later. I did get a refund, but it was a letdown, especially since it was supposed to arrive the next business day.

I bought a 4 Slice Salcombe toaster from Amazon, and it worked like a charm for a whole year. After that, it started burning the toast instead of browning it. Since I thought I couldn't reach out to Amazon, I decided to call Haden directly. The help I got from Jo in Customer Services was truly exceptional. She set up the collection of the toaster and also processed a refund for me. I ended up ordering the same toaster straight from Haden. The price had increased, but Jo made sure I got a refund for the price difference. Seriously, who could ask for better service than that?

I reached out to Haden / Sabichi last week regarding the bulb issue with our Haden microwave. We were looking to get a new bulb, but due to the microwave's design, we found out that wasn't an option. Instead, they sent us a new microwave, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch - couldn't be happier!
